VÅRVED is a contemporary circus performance by the company Blauwal, premiering in the Main Hall. Developed through the collaboration of three contemporary circus artists, the performance now takes shape on stage.

Through acrobatics and teeterboard, they explore what happens when several people share a limited space. How do you find room for yourself while making space for others? How do you build trust, collaborate, and find balance together?

On stage, we encounter a playful, physical, and energetic performance where everything can change in an instant. Through precision, risk, and close interaction, the performers challenge both themselves and each other in a dynamic journey where competition, support, and community are constantly in motion.

What is teeterboard?

Teeterboard is a circus discipline that uses a large seesaw-like board. When one or more performers jump on one side, another is launched into the air to perform acrobatic movements and jumps. It requires precision, timing, and a high level of trust between the performers, creating a spectacular combination of speed, height, and collaboration.
