Mariam Batsasvili

In 2016, Mariam Batsasvili gave her first Scandinavian concert at Bærum Kulturhus, and since then her career has truly taken off. Everyone who was in the Main Hall for her concerts in 2016, 2019 or 2024 will remember a communicator of rare distinction. The years following her Norwegian appearances have been marked by a remarkable upward trajectory: she now has a packed international touring schedule, has signed with major label Warner Classics, and has released a series of critically acclaimed recordings.

This evening, audiences will experience a carefully crafted programme in which Batsashvili has selected some of her favourite works by Chopin, Mendelssohn, Beethoven, Mozart and Liszt.
