Ingebjørg Bratland and Odd Nordstoga have finally joined forces again for a new project!
The first single "Ingenting å vera redd for" was released last spring, kicking off a busy year for the popular duo. On February 4th, they will come to Bærum Kulturhus, performing songs from their freshly released album "Langt heimafrå," partially recorded in Ireland with the Atlantic Ocean right outside the studio window.
It has been ten years since the duo last recorded the acclaimed album "Heimafrå," and during this concert, there might also be a chance to hear some beautiful songs that have rested – long enough.
Since then, Ingebjørg Bratland has become one of the biggest artists in Norway, while Nordstoga has continued to deliver a series of albums loved by both the audience and critics. When Ingebjørg and Odd team up, it's never far to the rich folk music heritage they both carry from their childhoods. However, their music reaches far beyond the mountainous landscapes of Vinje. No matter where you come from, we can promise that you will never feel "Langt heimafrå" (Far from home) with this duo on stage.
