Bærum Kulturhus very own chef and sommelier, Kjell-Tore Senkpiel, ups the ante and serves up an autumn-themed multi-course meal with accompanying wines. 

On the plate: Arctic Char, Norwegian Porcini, Grouse, Deer and Cloudberries. 

In the glass: Burgund, Barolo and Bordeux.
